Beewax Orgone..the ideal children's activity (from 7 years old )
My 10 year old son wanted to make Orgonites with me, he did not talk about anything else. He is very interested in the function of the orgonites and he says they can "feel" their enerywork.
He often gives me "tips" about color use and which stones work well together.
And when his nephew of 7 (his best friend )also came from abroad, a mission was born. He and my nephew wanted to make their own super working orgonites.
I absolutely did not want the children to work with Epoxy resin, because of the complicated process, and not suitable for children.
So, I decided to order beeswax from a local beekeeper.
The two young men wanted to wear the safety glasses and the dust masks, they looked like two professors were there ready to get started with their experiments.
Both gentlemen sought out a gemstone and then turned over a copper wire.
Outside on the garden table I had all my normal equipment on display.
Mix trays, spatulas, various metals, precious stones and minerals etc..
Inside the kitchen the boys were allowed to melt beeswax using the ""au bain marie technique" and then walk to the table with their pots to build their orgonite pyramids layer by layer.
It was a pleasant afternoon, my son and nephew were very proud at work!

This is how you do this:
Work material:
1) A pan to melt the beeswax.
2) A mold to pour the wax. for example, a sturdy plastic cup, empty pudding cup, glass bowls or silicone cupcake molds.
Consumables:
1) beeswax or Carnaub wax, one can also use candles
2) pieces of metal, for example, aluminum (I often use aluminum foil and cut it into small pieces), iron and copper (copper from electrical cables), small nails, paper clips, etc.
3) minerals, gems, crystals.
Melt the wax in a pan on the stove ""au bain marie style"(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bain-marie) do this slowly and make sure you assist the children with this process, you stir the pan. Let them watch, when the stove is turned of they can take tours to hold the middle pan and start take the pan off the heat and start to fill the bottom third of the pots with wax, add the mix of metals to about half, add the crystals / minerals and pour another layer of wax over and then another layer of metal, until the jars are filled. Put the lid on if the laundry is still warm to create a vacuum.
The orgonite pyramids are ready within an hour, depending on the temperature. The colder the faster!
Important these orgonites never put in the full sun, because then they can melt on time.

The entire activity takes 1 hour.
